A long term dynamic website development project

- I want to build a "Dynamic Website" where people can - share updates, make friends, write articles, learn new courses, read news, buy products, Q&A, share and download books, apply for jobs, take tests, create pages and groups (like Facebook), etc. - In short, the website will be a mix of Facebook, Linkedin, Amazon, Coursera...but it will be focused on a particular sector only - I want to build the website in following phases:- Phase 1 (Testing Phase) - This phase will involve creating a basic framework website and test it with initial customers. Thus, it will have only the basic features and it will be a low budget phase. Phase 2 - After testing, next phase will add more features like jobs, volunteering, ads. The budget for website development will also increase. Phase 3 - Next, we introduce learning courses using various media like live webcasts, video lectures, etc. This is also medium budget project. Phase 4 - Next we will introduce online shopping for products. This is also medium budget project. Note for bidders:- 1) We need your expertise in website development AND design - so we will have to be creative. 2) Only developers who have worked on similar websites (social networking, ecommerce, etc) should bid and give links to such websites ONLY. 3) We will build a company based on this website and so, it is a long term project. As explained above, it is divided into various phases and sub-phases and budget will be decided according to the work involved in that phase. 4) We will need to work at a personal level and we may need to meet and/or speak in person very often. Requesting only those bidders who are fine with above requirements to apply.
