Hello, From what I can gather, you are looking for somebody to fill a sort of "consultant" role, i.e., look at our code, talk to our developers, make suggestions. I have worked extensively as both a backend (Python, Django, AWS, a variety of databases) and frontend (HTML, Javascript, all sorts of JS/AJAX-related libraries) engineer for several years. I most recently worked as one of 2 software engineers who handled the day-to-day at a company that had many terabytes of information in anywhere between 3-5 database types, and ran 10+ different AWS nodes at a time. (I actually wrote the autoscaler that monitored our image processing cluster and scaled computational nodes as needed.) Some skills I could bring to the table are: * AWS node deployment and management experience * source code quality infrastructure (i.e., source versioning workflow, CI testing) * 10 years experience with Python, Javascript, HTML If this sounds good, I'd be interested in learning a few things about your existing structure: * what kind of source control do you use? * how does your deployment procedure work currently? * is it one-step? * what do you imagine the 1hr/day workflow to be like?
