I had done same work before in javascript with help of ajax, since i am new to this website i am ready to do work in minimum amount with maximum efforts.

I have worked many times with editable tables having practical experience with that. I would need to know which kind of CMS you work with. Otherwise i can provide you with the script and you implement in your CMS. Best.

I would like to let you know that we are current working on making a script for the same requirement and so we can get this job done for you quickly after understanding full requirement. I would like to inform you that we are new at freelancer but have expertise skill in development. We can negotiate the price because we need start-up on freelancer and it would not be hard for us to negotiate the budget as we are working on same type of script development. We will prepare a script that will be cross browser compatible and table design will be as per samples attached by you.
