Psd to wordpress, one main intro page going to identical sites(but different content)

There will be one intro page going to two different sites, but with same design template and "OM OSS" and "KONTAKT" will be identical. Only four main pages on site with some subpages that includes galleries. -Design must look exactly as the psd. That means correct positioning of elements, with correct margins, texture, letter spacing etc etc. -Responsive design -Make custom 404 page(we will provide text) -Norwegian language in wordpress admin -SEO friendly urls -SEO clean code -Must insert H1, H2 and H3 tags on titles and subtitles -Html validated. -Use most SEO friendly and updated html method -The responsive mobile version must have a load time that is over average when tested on [login to view URL] -The responsive mobile version must be optimized with mobile CSS and Mobile redirection -Site must be optimized so the load time is good when testet on [login to view URL] - must use caching method to increase speed -Fast communication. -Design must behave/look the same in all browser and devices -Need to be able to work on feedback if needed. -All fonts must be working in all browsers. -Insert google analytics code -Insert html and xml sitemap -When adding/changing alt tags on images in media it has to respong on front side. -Design must look the same in all browsers.
