build booking nctionality

I am looking to create a booking functionality on my wordpress/woocommerce website I offer a charter ride where customers can book a seat (or seats) for a boat ride. departure times are on a fixed schedule, with each trip having 8 seats available, and between 4 to 8 trips available each day de[pending on the season. My current woocommerce platform being allows booking to be made. However, the downside is that customers have to go through typing in their information (name, credit card, etc) before clicking the "submit" button, only to find out that there is no more inventory available. The result is that Customer will probably not want to go through the same process again and just quite. To make a better experienceI would like the webpage to show in real time the remaining number of seats available so that the customer knows exactly how many seats are available before going through the booking process. For example. 1. Customer A wants to book a ride on the 1pm time slot and can see that 8 seats are still available. He proceeds to book 5 seats. 2. One minute after, Customer B checks out the website and wants to book 4 seats for the 1pm time slot but can see that only 3 seats are remaining and available. Customer B can either book 3 seats or choose another time slot if he needs 4 seats.
