Artwork for a mobile game that teaches Spanish

We have an existing mobile app for learning chinese whilst playing a video game, Mandarin Madness available on Android and iPhone at the following links: Android: [login to view URL] iPhones: [login to view URL] We are currently building a Spanish version and require an artist to create the title screen, gameplay background, buttons etc. Aside from the cartoony aspect the style does not need to be the same but the general strategy and location of sub elements will need to be similar. We are looking for someone to give the app a very spanish feel in their own way. Ideally we are looking for someone in Melbourne so we can work closely together to minimize feedback and turnaround time.
