Artwork for images for high schools

I would like to work with an illustrator/ artist who could help with a high school and their goal to enhance their image. They have a knight as a logo. But they are interested in adding murals and graphics throughout the school. We are a large format printer and branding company. So we will need all artwork to be produced in Adobe Illustrator.
