Christian Teen Site Partner Wanted

I have had a web site for several years, relatemag.com. It has tons of great content and I update it weekly and we have a decent amount of traffic each month. I have never had the time/skills to take the site to the next level and maximize on revenue-building advertising opportunities. I am getting ready to have baby #2 and I am looking for a partner to fill in where I lack. I would like to have a profit-sharing partner that wants an opportunity to take a ready-to-go, attractive site with lots of content and sell ad space and make it profitable in any other pertinent way.
