We are wanting to upload a large number of invoices/receipts (approximately 2000) onto our Sharepoint website.
We have scanned and converted them into pdf format and we now need the following done to each files:
1. Add Metadata:
- Supplier Name
- Customer Number
- Invoice/Receipt Date
- Total Amount
- Tax Rate (i.e. GST)
2. OCR Pdf File
3. Remove/Delete Duplicate Files
4. Rename files ( 000001 to 002000 or any other method )
5. Upload to Sharepoint Library
Please advise. We will be randomly sampling data at end of project and will not accept unless it is 100% accurate.
