Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

On Monday I'm going to an interview and they had a couple questions that they asked be via the phone interview. I've built PPC campaigns before, but I kinda stumbled on the answers to these questions. So I guess I'm looking for somebody that is able to explain in detail the answers to these questions and some possible examples or resources they've used to solve these problems. I know it's really not that much money, but it's all I had in my account :) So here are the questions: Do you know how to make "pivot tables" in Excel Do you know what "conditional formatting" is in Excel Do you have a specific process for keyword research? What about negative keyword research? Have you ever used AdWords Editor? Have you ever created or managed data feeds (Product listing ads in Google, Amazon sponsored products, etc)? How familiar are you with the Bing Ads interface? What are your thoughts on Facebook Advertising (Pros, cons) What are your thoughts on LInkedin Ads (pros, cons) Either way, hoping to find somebody good! Ideally it would be somebody who can talk on the phone and/or skype about this stuff. Thanks.
