Craigslist Ad posting

I am looking for someone HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN CRAIGSLIST AD POSTING. I need someone to start immediately posting 40 ads per day in 40 USA cities of my choice, in the sales jobs section of Craigslist. I am offering a legitimate sales position across the country. I need you to help me create several images for the ad which need to link to my website. I will give you the verbiage to include in the ads. I am hoping the same ad can be used in all 40 cities everyday, but if not I am open to what has to be done to make sure the ads appear live in all 40 cities daily. You must have systems in place for unique IP's and your own email addresses, along with all other techniques to avoid ghosting. Ad's must be HAND POSTED - no automation or spamming software! I will not pay for ghosted ads - they must be searchable. I will need a DAILY SPREADSHEET OR LIST WITH ALL LINKS TO THE LIVE ADS. I would like people to bid on a per ad basis - such as: your bid x 40 ads per day = what you get paid. I will pay weekly - if you are able to post these ads successfully this can become a long term position contracting for my company.
