Adsense website (wordpress) with daily minimum earning of $25 - $35 per day

I'm looking for a very professional and realiable Google Adsense website creator( wordpress) that is able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $25 - $35 USD per day. MONTHLY WORK After the site have reached its goal and have stable income between 25$ and 35$ per day you will receive all 65$ months. The 65$ are for what? Because I understand that a website must have a continued work, you will receive 65$ every month to create quality content, or to do SEO work. The idea is to make the website income more stable and extend the results for longer than 6 months so long as possible. In short, you will receive every month 65$ extra , as the sites keep their incomes. So it is in your interest to do a good job.
