We need a SEO expert who knows BENELUX local pages in Dutch and will focus on local ranking factors who can work for a few hours a week to start. When we get some sort of results, we can extend hours. I'm looking for backlinks from sites with PR 3 and higher. Job is for about 10 hours a week but will definitely turn into more hours when we see results.
