Build 100 do-follow links - PR4+ on-theme

I need 100 page rank 4 or better, do follow, permanent, non-reciprocal quality backlinks. The back links must be of good quality and from related sites. I will provide keywords, anchor text and URL's. I'm looking for quality links. I expect the winner to have to use white hat techniques and maybe even pick up the phone to contact site owners. Please read the following rules. They apply to all links and MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. Thanks. Requirements: White hat SEO techniques ONLY, All links must come from Google pagerank 4+ pages, Links must be permanent,you must replace any links that are removed within 6 months of placement, A maximum of ONE link per domain, Links must either be on home page or internal page that is linked with home page, page must not be disallowed by [login to view URL], the page where the link is placed must not have more than 25 external links, All links must be static href type links, Domains must be from different IP addresses, Links must be from relevant sites, Links must be from English language sites, Links and pages must be visible, indexable, dofollow and readable, Link pages must have been indexed by Google and Yahoo in last 40 days, All sites MUST relate to either printing, photography or consumer technology. Exclusions: Absolutely NO BLACK HAT SEO techniques, NO article directories, NO web rings, NO link directories, No exchange programs, paid links, rented links or the like, No directory submissions, press releases, forum posts, blog posts (or site comments of any kind), article submissions, guest book links or yahoo groups. No link farms of any kind, So I can be sure that you have read all of these instructions thoroughly, the first word of your PM to me should be 'mogwai' if this isn't present your bid will be deleted NO EXCEPTIONS, No use of automation software, links must be obtained manually, No links from unfinished sites (under construction), No java links, iframe links, redirects, cloaking, dynamic links, flash links or hidden links, Fulfilment: I reserve the right to refuse any link that I feel does not meet any of the above criteria, No payment made until all links are checked by me, Daily reports of progress must be sent to me, this will include URL's of home pages, dates when posted, location of links, ALL LINKS WILL BE THOROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE APPROVAL OF PAYMENT, if you cannot comply with all of these requirements then DO NOT BID, you will be wasting your time and mine as I will not pay for links that violate these requests.
