Create adsense account and website

Project Description: I'm seeking for an Adsense expert for creating an Adsense website that will be generating minimum 10$ - 20$ per day. I do not currently have an adsense account so that will need to be set up as well. My website must be fully operational and online generates the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no big intervention on my part.
