Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

I need someone who is an expert in the following:
- Optimizing Facebook Ads
- Scaling Facebook Ads
- Facebook Video Ads
- Facebook Audience Insights Tool
- Interest Targeting
- Split-testing
- Look-a-like Audiences
These tasks often require some understanding in marketing as well as precise attention-to-detail so mistakes aren't made. You will be working closely with me to help me get more things done at a faster rate. I constantly have new ideas that need to be implemented.
As an example task, right now, I require an initial set of clickfunnels to be edited for correct grammar, and a facebook ad campaign to be started for each funnel.
Here are the requirements I have:
- Native English Speaker. No exceptions.
- Excellent Communication Skills. The ability to listen and ask questions to fill-in-the-gaps in your own understanding is vital to this role.
- Strong Critical Thinking Ability. Overall guidelines for performing a task will often be provided, but you will need to close large gaps on your own by understanding the root of what I am trying to do. The ability to diagnose, debug and resolve issues on your own as they come up will be the thing I value the most.
- Deadline oriented. Set deadlines MUST be met.
- Basic Web Design Skills. You will be expected to create simple web pages using a powerful and easy-to-use software called Clickfunnels and edit images with simple design software.
- Strong Technical Skills. You are expected to learn how to use software tools quickly. Most of them are marketing tools that are designed for the average person.
- Extremely Meticulous. Some of the tasks, while tedious, need to be done in a meticulous fashion as mistakes can potentially have negative consequences.
- Strong marketing background preferred. Majority of the concepts I require you to understand will have some of the fundamentals in marketing and sales psychology.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work on-demand. I work on weekends, and I expect you to be able to occasionally as well. The nature of this position is such that you will often have a lot of things that need to be done quickly. Most of the tasks are not seriously urgent, but there is great appreciation in getting them done in the quickest possible manner.

These are just some of the more frequent tools we use. We add tools as we find a need for them. The ability to learn how to operate these tools as quickly and as efficiently as possible is strongly valued.
