I assume the goal of the campaign is to drive signups. I would split the audience into two segments - investors and business owners. The campaigns for each audience would be granulated into consumer journey campaigns. Starting from very generic to granular and specific keywords with ad copy to match them. Are you interested in doing branded and competitor campaigns? For these there would be a different strategy. The budget would work as a waterfall starting from the most converting keywords and ending with least converting. This way the budget will always be first spent into most converting keywords. This will limit the growth of the campaigns, but will reduce the time necessary to reach positive returns on AdWords. If you like this strategy or would like a different approach feel free to reach out. I am based in Kuala Lumpur. I work with one of the major agencies in the region and have access to tools and beta features. If you would find that you have the capabilities and need a full agency we could then transition you to that agency. For the time being I could just help you launch and optimise personally.
