Sell online advertisement via phone (Long term-Full Time)

Innovation Discovery ([login to view URL]) is looking for telemarketers/telesales people to work from home! You have to identify and call a Targeted List of companies. Must have TeleSales (selling over the phone) experience, a computer with a great internet connection and fluent english.

We sell targeted marketing solutions over the internet for innovative and technology companies. You would be selling targeted advertising to help corporates penetrate new markets. Our tools are:

- Display advertising (Sponsor Ads)

- Display advertising (Brand Ads)

- Lead generation (Lead Ads)

- Live Chat (Lead Ads - not yet available)

- Customized Video (Brand Ads )

We are targeted worldwide, so you can sell in your own country and in foreign countries.

TERMS

We want to establish a long term relationship with the best people. For this reason, after a round of interview via Skype, the chosen candidate will do a trial month with a lower salary. After the trial, if the agent achieve the given objectives, the pay will double.

We are looking for a full-time agents (40hr/week) for a long term relationships.

PAY

The pay is divided in the following way:

- Fix (monthly) + Fix commission (each sale) + Percentage (each sale)

For each returning customers, you continue to get the percentage commission for each additional month they will buy until you continue to work with us.

- Trial Month

$100 (monthly) + $10 (each sale) + 10% (each sale)

Considering 1 sale/day in 20 days you get at least $380 monthly during the trial.

- After Trial

$200 (monthly) +$20 (each sale) + 10% (each sale)

Considering 1 sale/day in 20 days you get at least $680 monthly after the trial + the percentage commissions of returning customers.
