Appointment Setting For Recruiting – Japanese Speakers

Purpose: There is no selling with this position, you are just setting appointments for job interviews. If you are a natural on the phone and good at setting appointments, we want you on our team. Duties: Prospecting for new candidates and scheduling appointments Making cold calls to schedule job interviews Schedule meetings between candidates and the Recruiting Officer Accurately input data in to spreadsheets Work independently to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals Be effective at cold calling and supporting the HR Team Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Fluent in Japanese and English Exceptional phone skills and communication skills Have the ability to interact confidently and arrange meetings Be quick learner and enthusiastic team player Have a cheerful and outgoing personality Passion for dealing with people Customer Service skills is preferred Very good PC skills Very good Google Drive skills Good headset (preferably USB) Own work place setup with strong Internet connection We are looking forward to your application!
