This seems like a fairly straight forward project. I have used both MT4 and Dukascopy's JForex API. I say 3 days just so I do not over promise but don't think it will take that long. I have been developing fx trading strategies for me personally for about 7+ years now and have been very successful. I figure I would give freelancing a try for projects like this, as this is my passion. If you decide you want a more custom solution at a later date we can discuss that too and I can show you what I have developed for myself. By using FIX you can keep your strategies broker/platform independent, and can connect to whichever clearing firm you choose.
