Each employee is given a User ID and has a User Type.
Employees in the Administrative block can view the details of the existing as well as new employees. They can modify the product’s details. They can view the order and complaint status’.
The call center (front end) employees can track the details of
customers based on the order number that is provided at the time of placing the order and as well based on the dispatch done for the orders placed.
4. The back end people can track the details of the complaints lodged and as well they can change the status of the complaint based on the service provided due that complaint lodged.
