Adempiere Activiti

I need an integration between Adempiere 3.7 ([login to view URL]) and Activiti ([login to view URL]). Need you to download and setup client server Adempiere to run with Activity. Need to define proces in Activiti wich send mail and update records when some event happen in a database. Using Adempiere users you have to define a simple gerarchic tree. When a user save a sale order an email must be sent from Activiti to the chief of the user confirmed. When the chief confirm the order (completing order in Adempiere) the workflow Activiti have to read the order and insert a shipment. It is a integration project with a sample that is needed to see if you integrated the databse and emails in activiti. Need to define wich status and wich document to update in activiti workflow language. Need to have complete documentation for the project and the entire workspace.
