Create a Simple Java Application - Random Number Frequency

I need a Freelancer who can write the code to a simple Java program based on rolling random Die. The simple program will do the following:
1) Prompt the user to pick a number from a side on the die (1 - 6).
2) Check if the entered number is odd or even. If the number is odd, the die will be rolled 9,000 times. If it is even, the die will be rolled 10,000 times.
3) Compare the frequency for each number. The number with the highest frequency is the winner.
4) Print a message to the user informing the user of the winning number.
5) If the winning number matches the input of the user, the user is declared a winner.
6) If the user is not a winner, the user is informed to try again.
7) If there is a tie, then there are 2 winning numbers. Then the user is a winner if they picked the winning number.
This program should be written in simple Java code. This should not utilize advanced Java coding and it should not involve high-level code.
You will use the .java file for sample code as well.
