Custom Java Implementation of Hidden Markov model and Dynamic Time wraping algorithms

I need an algorithm expert who has experience with the HMM and DTW and is able to make a custom Java implementation of it. I don't mind if you use any open source and just copy/paste the code. What I need is to be able to compare two 3D gestures and find whether they match or not. The input would be x,y,z coordinate values over time. (96 values, 32 for each axis) The output I would expect is the result whether the gesture matched any other gesture which device has learned before.
