Design tool for tabular data

Design a tool where a user would be designing a grid type of data and the tool will create html based on the user input. As the user is designing this grid, the tool will show a visual of how user choices is affecting the final outcome. some of the choices the user has to make in working with this tool is as follow 1. Number of Columns and Rows 2. Column Width and Row height 3. Can split and merge cells 4. Specify table properties of Table width, height, table border and table background 5. Build and specify styles at the cell level. Based on these user choices, the tool will create a very clean html output that will use div tag extensively. The only technology to use creating this tool will be html, css, javascript and JQuery.
