Hello Dear, We have good working experience with Orchard CMS and we make modules for older versions of Orchard such as 1.7 as well as Orchard 1.8 which is the latest one. I have a few questions to understand the requirements in detail: Kindly can you specify which version you want to target 1.8 or 1.7? In 1.8 they have introduced some new features such as Infoset storage for super fast retrieval of data which is not available in 1.7. Also kindly specify do you want Admin to be able to create new tables on the go? Or there would be just one table in which Admin would be able to add records. Do you want Admin to be able to add records in the Orchard Dashboard area or within the Page? You also mentioned that "user can upload a downloadable pdf". Kindly can you explain this requirement in detail. According to my understanding you want the user to able to upload some PDF? But what should be done once the PDF is uploaded. Do you also want the user to be bale to download this PDF somewhere. Please explain this PDF functionality with a little detail.
