Hello Sir, We are developers group with years of work experience in big enterprise level MNC companies. I thoroughly read your project requirement and can assure you the required result from us. Below are some key points how we can implement the phase1 of this project: - Use JSP which submit request to spring controller. This way we maintain security and session tracking - Use Bootstrap grid view or JqGrid to generate table like formation of the blue area mentioned in your documentation. - Initial two rows of the grid will hold the filters. The rest 10-15 rows will display the basic information about the records that should be displayed in detailed view. There will be hyperlink to each row. When I click on it, it will display the detailed screen. - Admin will have privileges to insert user, delete user, modify permissions, and unlock the user. Admin can also give co-admin rights to few user who can just unlock the users but cannot insert or delete the users. So, in absence of admin co-admin can perform some basic activity but not operations. - As you mentioned, you want to implement this project in two phase. I believe that phase 1 should be robust and scalable to incorporate second phase easily.
