Complete push notification implementation to support firefox + payloads

Currently this is the system in place Registration for push--- Users (already registered) go into their options and tick "push notifications" this then prompts them to allow notifications and upon them accepting, registers them for push notifications and stores their endpoint url into a mysql database. Sending the push--- Upon the event "go live" which is called when the video is changed, data is sent from the client, to the server and that information is used in various ways. During this time, a push notification is sent using a web request, sending the required information to Chrome(only) users via GCM in one go. (no encrypted payload) And these are the improvements I require What I need to happen--- Sending the required information that includes a message to Chrome and Firefox users. (encrypted payload)
