Create a simple Javascript application, making AJAX calls to a REST API endpoint
A. Utilize the following publicly available API:

B. Calls to the webservice should be made dynamically, as the user interacts with the app
C. Make use of current Javascript standards
D. Feel free to use some CSS to make it snazzy, but we’re not expecting it to be the most beautiful
country-picker in all the land
E. Include code comments
F. The application should accomplish the following goals:
1. Allows users to search by Country name, and displays the ISO2 country code in the interface
2. Allows users to search by ISO2 country code, and displays the Country name in the interface
3. Basic Input validation and error handling are required
a) User should not be able to submit an empty value
b) User should not be able to enter numbers or special characters
c) Handle any other cases that come to mind as problematic
4. Bonus points: Show how CSS3 transitions could improve the UX of your awesome country selector
I have hands on experience with developing applications using angular, javascript and REST APIs.
I am really good at CSS and bootstrap.
