Joomla / Google maps api coder, to activate geolocation on homepage -- 2

Need a coder familiar with both Joomla and the Google maps API. First job is a module to activate geolocation. After this there will be geolocation searches to program. Module: activate the browser geolocation immediately if the browser is geo-enabled and capable. If not available ( or if the user does not want to use geolocation ) the user must be able to provide a start point by entering an address using google's auto-complete. Alternatively to that he must be allowed to set a startpoint by clicking on a map. So there are 3 methods to set a startpoint. Either way i need a startpoint, in the form of global javascript variables, that i can use in location related searches. If the user refuses all 3 methods then the searches just don't work, his loss.
