B2C leads for cold calling (from UK / Great Britain)

Hi, we need a person with LEAD list building experience OR someone who already owns / has access to a list. We need a list of prospects for cold calling. Here's how this works: 1. We provide you the names of the streets in the UK cities 2. You retrieve phone numbers and names of people living on those streets. We're NOT looking for B2B lists. We seek out lists of INDIVIDUALS. For example: We give you the name of the street. Say, the street name is "Main Street." You open google maps and look at the buildings/houses located on "Main Street." What you do next is, you find the names of the people inhabiting those houses/buildings located on main street. Then, you enter the names and phone numbers you retrieved in the excel file and submit to us.
