Civil action against The Director of Civil forfeiture B.C.

I have a 3000 word compilation/diary that consists of circumstance arising from "Bad Faith" activities by the "Director of Civil Forfeiture in British Columbia, Canada. I feel confident I have met the legal threshold to succeed in this pursuit. There are 3 componates to the project. Two are imparitive, the third component will begin after the first two have been successful. The "Diary" compilation must be "unbundled" first and foremost....a structuring. In order to gain success for the 2nd and third componant the first must be successful. This would be extrapolated from the "Diary". All necessary arguments/pleadings(?) would arise fom this. I believe a personality with a high degree of acumen is essential for in order to succeed with an "Injunction Order". The success of the 2nd component (civil action claim) would rely heavily on the success of the "Injunction Order". The third is only an after thought, however; I believe the level of judicial corruption is despicable, i have successfully uncovered this. I have the conclusive evidence. I require/shopping(?) for a highly skilled legal writer to stucture this in a legal framework so that I may further prepare in speaking too the matter myself. The corruption in the instant matter reaches directly into ones own lawyers office's. . I am the only person known in British Columbia to have successfully repelled the "Director" advances. I have uncovered the operations M/O. It's known as "operating under "The color of Law". Once the courtroom dust settles I will move to "componant" 3. It will make for a sensational story at some point. I have been engaged with this entity for 45 months. Since I've understood the M/O of the program (6monthsago) all lawyers involved suddenly disappeared from the legal podium.
