We stoppped selling software in February of 2002 for our (now) competitor because we caught him stealing from us. We developed a program to compete against him. Since then he has been slandering us on his web site [login to view URL], falsely accusing us of stealing his software. His tactic recently switched to attacking me personally, making false statements about our procedures, etc. Please refer to [login to view URL]*/[login to view URL] for previous examples of his slander. My secretary and the person who developed our software program are witness to this ongoing attack and can attest to damage done in terms of lost business - people shying away from us because of this. Personally I would like to sue him for slander and libel and for damages. At least I would like to see him punished for his dishonesty. He is located in Fresno, Ca.
