Backlinks

I have just completed the website [login to view URL] I have done the main search engine submissions, although I am still waiting to be listed. To make my rankings higher I need as many good quality oneway links in relation to graphic design, website design, seo and PPC. looking at the keywords on the site - there may be more that could be used. This is a startup business and need the links one-way links building quickly. They cant be just any old links. I need the website to be on page one and as high as we can get it for the key areas of the business. Once work starts coming in as a result I would like to continue the relationship by passing work back to the individual who has assisted us in building the seo and links. The seo on page is done so unless told otherwise its just the links. Project to start asap but completion may be upto 2 months, quicker the better though!
