A2Billing Installation and Customisation for Asterisk

We have an installation of A2Billing on an Amazon EC2 Server at present. Whist this has been installed, it isn't functioning as desired.
This task is for a 'Pro' who understands the ins and outs of A2Billing and is able to get it going to our liking.
Upon completion of this job, A2Billing will perform these roles:
- Upon the setup of a client account, the customer will be allowed to setup multiple ANI's to use under the said account. This will allow the unique customer to be able to utilise our service using his landling, mobile, mothers phone wifes phone etc.
- We will be able to setup vendors and perform routing using LCR functionality in order to route calls as desired.
- Setup and configure inbound DDIs which our customers will use to make calls via the system.
Customer will have a prepaid account, similar to calling card. Under that account, he could have multiple ANI/Caller ID numbers set up, with call charges all being deducted from the same prepaid account.
