Hi! If you take a look at my portfolio you'll see that I have past experience developing Qt applications, most recently the CuteSpotify app for various mobile Qt based platforms. While this makes use of QML for its interface aspects I also have experience creating QtWidget based applications (a recent example being Erudite, an Amazon book reading client using QtWidgets and QtWebKit). I will in need of your project server which needs to be converted. Also I will be needing the client for testing. approximately I will need 25 days to convert your project. But you need to create milestones for partly basis. I am ready to sign the NDA agreement so that you can be sure your code is secured with me. I am an expert in Qt have done many conversion from other tools to Qt. If you provide virtual machine then I need flexibility to work at an interval basis so that whenever i want I can access the machine during working hrs. Still I may need you to share your code with me so that I can test faster locally in my machine. You need to guide for setting it up and make working with your current version. A well-defined, straightforward project, and I get to rip out lots of old ugly code? I love it. Haven't touched DirectFB, and it's been a while since I've hacked on a Qt app, but I'm sure I'll be up to speed soon enough. NDA is no problem.

I have experience both in c++ as well as Qt GUI development (developing and applying a custom component library in qml,code such as buttons, radio buttons, gauges, fill bars) running on an embedded controller. My area of expertise is in the development of control system software for industrial equipment running on embedded controllers. Qt is one tool that is used to provide a customized UI to operators.I have a background in developing custom widget libraries which I can apply towards this project. My background in c++ is kernel IO. I recently completed a project in which I was required to write a program that generates mass IO on data storage systems in order to benchmark the systems performance. This was done by multi-threading the IO algorithms per each device, or memory partition, and submitting asynchronous IO requests. I have no problem signing a NDA. This is my first bid on freelancer.com, however, I can provide references for other small contract work that I have completed. I know that I do not have a reputation built through this site, yet, however, I would like to talk with you about this project in more detail.
