Hi, first of all, you need a server with a good internet connection: 5000 requests * 1500 bytes (ethernet packet size) is a 7.1 MB/s (for both directions). The main task can be solved with nginx, uwsgi, and python. One python script would process request and send messages to another, which would constantly work in background and write data to the file. I can build a simple application that will accept three numbers as input in the URL format provided, that's easy enough. Then I'll actively monitor the system and create rules within AWS to spin up and shutdown additional servers as needed.

This we can done by exposing a simple rest API and on backend we can have ThreadPoolExecoutor which will push data into DB or file.

I have good experience with php and making http requests. I can solve this in more than one way. A flat file database is fine but more efficient would be using a MySQL database, if available. I will also be to do the storing using AJAX if preferred.
