Bringing Server/Site back online thats under DDOS and protect it

The latest DDOS is still on for past 48 hours. I hired someone from here, he messed it up more playing with firewall . Hosting is Guessing there is an issue with DHCP client, but they do not provide support. here is a copy paste from their messages: (As shown in the logs previously referenced, the OS firewall is blocking DHCP requests) (Looking at the DDOS logs your server's being bombarded with TCP:1935, not an application our DDOS can protect from. I have no idea what the problem is, i need the site to be back online, and kill the active DDOS . the guy that was working on it messed with it alot, and he said he disabled firewall ...etc i dont know what he did exactly though it didnt work. So there might be network confguration issues or its just the attack thats active doing that. I just need my site to be back online and server to be protected correctly where it stands the attacks, and protect it correctly and take advantage of the DDOS protection that my hosting have in place using correct configuration. Please note, payment is only when project is completed successfully and site is backonline. You MUST monitor for 3 days atleast to correct any issues if they happen, such as attack. if you are not 100% sure you can do it successfully DO NOT BID. Server can only be accessible currently through the command prompt in hosting panel
