Below are the main task that needs to be done: Basic Setup Of VICIdial Testing of incoming & outbound calls on VICIdial Testing of VoIP account IVR for inbound call. Voice Blast configuration Creating users, campaigns, in-groups. Skill based routing for inbound calls Basic configuration user guide.. softphone instalation & testing Payment Milestones: %50 of total project cost at project kick off. %25 of total amount after completing the configuration and first test calls. %25 of total amount after final delivery of project and approval of the jobs made.
