An Excellent Cartoon Image for website.

I need 1 original cartoon image of a Witch Doctor drawn. I want all rights to the image. Meaning no one can use the image elsewhere. If I get a template, that would be fine. I'd like the image to be a cartoon. A Witch Doctor wearing a mask, doing some sort of dance or something of that nature. I can supply an example of the pic if you'd like. I'd like a cartoon image of a Witch Doctor. I'd like artist to show examples of his/her work. An example of the photo of what I'd like will be attached to this bid. ## Deliverables I'd like the rights of all work done. The work done will not be duplicated for anyone else.
