I need a tiny electronic module designed with the following details: - BLE bluetooth 4.2 connectivity - three axis gyroscope - three axis accelerometer - magnetometer - range extender for bluetooth - microprocessor - inductive charge receiver - bluetooth antenna - small power source (poly or li-ion battery) - 4 layer PCB board The unit needs to be smaller than 12mmx12mm. The features required are: - record and send the data from the sensors to a paired device in packets - have a range of at least 100 metres - be able to transfer data while moving and spinning (transfer/connection issues to the receiving device?) - be able to withstand high force and impacts (will be encased in silicon, but still needs to be tough). - firmware to go with the hardware development - inductive charging to allow the unit to be charged wirelessly (needs to be as small as possible, efficiency isn't an issue). I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design and PCB engineer, please see my profile for more details I believe I could help with the PCB design and manufacture but not the case or the software. I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic and TI devices NRF 8001, NR51822, NRF52832, CC2541, CC2564 and the Laird BL600 and MDBT40 hybrids. The devices contain a mixture of Flash, orientation / motion device, RTC, LED's and buzzers. I have contacts in China so could help with the mass production of this product. The current price and timescales are only place holders to allow me to communicate with you If you use inductive charging then it will make the unit much bigger as the antenna takes up a lot of room. hello after reviewing the project description, the size you require (12mm x 12mm) is very small. even with 4 layer board, we can not place all the components you need in a very small palce. thanks.

Dear Sir, I can help you with your project. Can propose to use Eagle for circuit and PCB layout. The only one problem that I'm completely sure that all devices that you want can't be placed on 12mm*12mm area, but if you award me, I'll do the smallest PCB possible. And one question. What Bluetooth module do you want to use? Ready made certified or any MCU chip with integrated transmitter?

That's a tall order to fit in only 12mmx12mm. What is the limit on the depth? I am happy to do the job for the fixed price bid, excluding firmware and third-party material expenses such as a PCB house. It may not be possible to do RF job on in those space constraints using a "quick-cheap-and-dirty" PCB prototype house. I have developed a number of 802.15.4 IoT devices and would be excited to get your project done! Feel free to message me to discuss the product requirements.
