Manufacture and Assemble 1000 PCB boards with surface mount components

We require a production run to manufacture and assemble 1000 PCB boards, to be delivered to the UK in 2 batches. The first batch of 30 will be tested for quality, and provided not more than 1 are found to be faulty, the remaining 970 should be produced and sent. Payment milestones will be created for both batches. The board has already been designed, prototyped and tested. We will provide gerber files etc to the successful bidder. The board measures 56mm x 31mm The board is a double-sided design, see attached photos of the prototype. All components except the header are surface mount. The component list can be found on the attached spreadsheet, with links to a UK supplier of components for reference, which we used for prototyping. Identical parts must be used. Please check the BOM before bidding. Deliverables: 30 x populated boards manufactured and delivered to the UK for quality checking 970 x populated boards manufactured and delivered to the UK once initial batch approved Any bids must include the full cost of the PCB board manufacture, all components, assembly and delivery of the finished boards to the UK. The PCB board must be manufactured to RoHS standards - lead free etc.
