Best way to make money on the web??

This guy is just looking to waste your time -- first he will try to get you on yahoo, then when you tell him no, he asks you to tell him how to make money, so you give him an example, and he says ok and will not answer back. He is just scamming people into getting things for free, don't waste your time bidding on this.
