THE TASK:
Your team is acting as consultants to a global brand (select a hypothetical brand and let me have this early in the term, the same brand cant be selected by more that one team). The brand needs to expand into a new market where it does not have strong presence (select a hypothetical market where the brand has little presence). Your role is now to conduct an environmental analysis in order to advise them on how to best market their brand in this new region. You will need to include:
- An overall environmental analysis of the new region
- The implications these finding have on marketing the brand in this region
- The key marketing issues that need to be addressed while suggesting the best way to enter this market.
- Any other marketing related comments you have in relation to this new venture.
