We are seeking a seasoned energetic self-starter for our Orange County area. Description: Working with the Operations Manager of Employer Interview you will be responsible for cold calling and operate Facebook post and updates to generate leads for the Account Managers. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identifying potential new clients • Cold calls/walk-ins (generated lists provided) • Generating new leads • Maintaining a good understanding of clients • General administrative duties Qualifications: • Some understanding of the Human Resources (HR) • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. • A pleasant phone voice with strong sales skills Outreach Sales Representative are required to have direct experience of working in related role and need to able to demonstrate a good understanding of the job and an enthusiasm for working for the client in whatever capacity needed. Must speak clear and proper English
