Bench IT Sales and Marketing / Recruiter

We are looking for Bench Marketing Recruiter for our consultants. Includes marketing profiles of our bench consultants in Unix/Linux technologies, ownership for achieving End Client interviews. Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants. Must Create and maintain submission sheets as per the company norms and submitting the same to the management Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants. To plan and strategize bench sales within defined time frames.

$500 per month plus $100 incentive for each successful closure.

Minimum qualifications :

1. Experience with bench marketing for US based IT Consultancy firm

2. Available to work in US timezone (either ET or CT)

3. Good communication skills - written as well as oral
