I have nine years of brand management experience working in international FMCG companies like P&G and Coca-Cola as well as in e-commerce fashion retail start-up organization – Lamoda Group. I have proven record of achievement in planning and leading comprehensive marketing strategies in support of business goals and objectives through periods of both high economic growth and recession.
Most recently, I worked as a Head of Marketing in rapidly growing e-commerce organization – Lamoda Group. On this role I was able to establish initial processes and procedures within Marketing Department as well as effectively collaborate with other departments / markets. Moreover, I developed and aligned on all levels first ever Business Plan for Lamoda brand with clear strategies and action plan for the next three years that required thorough analytical work of all available data sources.
Talking about my strengths, I have strong analytical skills and strategic/visionary thinking: as daily routine, I was conducting market and competitors’ analysis, watching business trends such as sales, shares, media indices, etc. Once a year, I was leading Business Plan process that included development of right strategies for specific market and brand as well as alignment with Partners and Leadership Team. Importantly, I was able to analyze data and translate them into clear and action driven recommendations for business improvement.
