Create an Animation

Needing a talented individual who can create an animated video describing my company, company benefits, industry problems, our solutions while telling a story. I anticipate the video will be between 2-3 minutes and go something like " Meet John, he's an irrigation contractor that works for home owners and new home builders, for the past twenty years, he's been installating systems using..........now, with this new innovated product, he can save time, money, ect." Some examples can be found on the Socialobster site. I would like mine a little nicer and better done if possible.
