We have a database of our stores clients, about 800,000 names.
We were just collecting the data for the last 2 years, but never started analysing and working with them. And never started yet a retention program.
Doind the cohort chart analysis, i could see we are losing a lots of customers quickly, but the good side, is we keep generating new ones faster and in larger numbers.
What we need here is 2 stages,
First, we need to set a strategy to work with the existing data, analyse them, and segregate them, and plan for communications with them to analyase
- why they are not returng back.
- how could we be better.
- complete their data on the system.
Second, setting an ongoin customer retentiion program strategy and policies, including
- after sales gestures and relations.
- points collection and redemption.
- customer tier levels, and privilages granted.
- echnologies eto source nuse to implement these plans.
This job will be granted to minimum 4 providers to work on the same job. And sure paid. Based on perforrmance and knowlege, we can move forewards to a monthly agreement to manage this area of business.
