Hi guys and girls !
I need a graphical calculator where i can add the following parameters for my compound parabolic TROUGH in any order or amount:
Drawing factors:
1. Diameter , for example 1.5 meters
2. Focal point, for example 0,15m or 15cm
3. Length for example 3meters or 300 cm
4. Amplification, for example 5 suns
5. Compound shape
Simulation factors:
6. angel simulations for example 30 degrees 60 degrees 45 degrees
[login to view URL] angle towards the simulated sun when simulated.
( Remember that i would like to supply only two things, for example focal point and amplification, and the software should fix the rest)
One example, i choose dual for shape, and 5 for suns and 15cm for focus point.
The software should then draw a compound parabola with about 1.5 meter width and about a meter deep.
Or something in that ballpark.
with a shape that looks something like a "W" with rounded edges.
I could then choose 30, 60,45 for angle simulation, and get a visual view of what happens with the focal point at different angles.
I do also need a view of the parabola constructed that i can save as a picture with high resolution for template
printing.
See this link about compound parabolas for more information [login to view URL]
You can also see a similar calculator here FREE! [login to view URL]
But it cant build compound parabolas.
You should not need more information to give me a price, read the links i supplied, download the calculator and try it before you ask more questions.
Best Regards Marten
My bid is based on 10 days at $45 / hour, with consideration that Freelancer's cut will be 40%.
If you send me a message, I will post to you my resume, without my contact information. It will show that I am well- qualified for this job.
Unless you have the person who wrote the parabola2 code modify his code, I guess that you won't find a reliable source for this job any cheaper. What you might get is sloppy workmanship, with the exception of Indian slave labor, which has its own problems. I am an American with 50 years' experience in the computer business.
Hello there,
I am sure you will find a capable person to do your project, hopefully from India. I am placing my bid to protest the foul language used by another person, who wants to do your project for $7500.
Freelancer deducts 10%, and not 40% as he has claimed. Actually, the fee goes down to 3% if the freelancer is a gold member. The most objectionable part of his statement is about calling freelancer from this part of the world as slave labourers. That was uncalled for and speaks a lot about his ignorance. There are a number of successful freelancers/entrepreneurs who have as illustrious professional background as the person who placed the bid of $7500.
Regards.
